I was just kidding you all, there’s no “right”way of eating ice cream but the part about it not making you fat is true.
Usually from our day to day lifestyle we can get super stressed plus to add on your diet into this stressful routine could be more challenging.
With you being stressed and your stress hormones reacting it is completely normal for you to crave food to compensate your stress but;
A)are you going to restrict yourself further and then lose control one day and go all out?
B)or are you going to add your craving from your day to day routine so you can sustain much longer and don’t have to worry about lashing out or spiralling down?
.
I always go with option B , as I create my Calorie deficit I usually leave room for about 200 calories to compensate my trigger food or comfort food, one of my frequent comfort food was ice cream so I added @mcdonaldsmalaysia Sunday cone which is about 170 calories.
Obviously I didn’t eat everyday even if I did it wouldn’t have cause damage to my calorie consumption.
Even if I don’t count calories n just have something to satisfy my craving I would eat in moderation.
Do no make food your enemy,make it your friend and it won’t fail you.
